ATM Service Engineer – Key Responsibilities
- Installation & Setup
- Install, configure, and commission ATMs and related equipment at client sites.
- Ensure proper network connectivity and integration with banking systems.
- Maintenance & Repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance of ATMs.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Repair or replace faulty parts (cash dispenser, card reader, printer, sensors, etc.).
- Cash Management Support
- Coordinate with banks/vendors for cash loading/unloading.
- Verify machine cash levels and balance as per requirements.
- Software & Network Support
- Upgrade ATM software/firmware when required.
- Resolve connectivity issues with switches, servers, or banks’ systems.
- Customer & Client Handling
- Provide on-site technical support and resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain good communication with banks, vendors, and third-party service providers.
- Monitoring & Reporting
- Maintain service logs, fault reports, and repair history.
- Update ticketing systems (CRM) with status of calls and resolutions.
- Safety & Compliance
- Ensure machines are secure, comply with RBI/bank guidelines.
- Follow EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) protocols while handling equipment.
- Travel & On-Call Support
- Travel frequently to different ATM sites as per assignments.
- Be available for emergency breakdown calls, including weekends/holidays if required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
