Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our growing Greensboro office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential and commercial closings, contract review, and zoning issues. Knowledge of Estate Planning/Probate and business lawis a plus.

Key Responsibilities

· Review, draft, and negotiate residential and commercial real estate contracts

· Conduct title review and resolve title issues

· Oversee closings and ensure compliance with Georgia real estate regulations

· Advise clients on zoning, permitting, and property development matters

· Support clients in corporate and business law transactions

· Collaborate closely with paralegals, lenders, and agents to ensure smooth transactions

Qualifications

· Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active membership in the Georgia Bar Association

· Minimum 2 years of real estate law experience required

· Strong communication, drafting, and negotiation skills

· Excellent attention to detail and time management

· Commitment to exceptional client service
