Job Description:

Personal Injury Trial firm in Conroe is looking for a Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. It is an in-office position, not remote. The office is in The Woodlands/Conroe area.

IDEAL CANDIDATES: Insurance Defense Litigation Attorneys or Plaintiff's Attorneys will train or 1 or more years’ experience in TX Personal Injury Law.

Experience, but not necessary, in all phases of personal injury cases from inception (pre-lit), through litigation, trials, and settlements.

Experience, but not necessary, in client intake (evaluating whether to sign a case), medical record/bill comprehension, demand letters, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, court hearings, mediations, trial prep, trials, client communication and the entire settlement process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research using Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw to support case strategies.
• Draft legal documents and pleadings with precision, ensuring compliance with court requirements.
• Manage case intake processes, including interviewing clients and gathering necessary documentation.
• Negotiate settlements in personal injury cases, advocating for clients' best interests.
• Collaborate with legal staff to streamline case management and maintain organized records.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to provide informed legal advice.
