Attorney

Overview
We are small firm looking to grow. We are seeking an Associate Attorney (or Partner, depending on experience) to join our legal team. We are a civil defense firm, with diverse practice areas, from auto accident defense and slip and falls to construction defect and professional liability defense. This role offers an opportunity to engage in a diverse range of legal practice areas, including conducting research, drafting pleadings, handling discovery, court appearances, and participation in trials and arbitrations.

Skills

• Prior experience with construction litigation strongly preferred;
• Strong research skills;
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce well-organized legal drafts that are clear and persuasive.
• Strong negotiation abilities demonstrated through previous experience;
• Ability to interpret complex laws and regulations accurately across multiple practice areas.;
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with colleagues and presenting information clearly to clients ;
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Salary range is dependent on experience, and the candidate's ability to generate business, and could exceed the listed range depending on those factors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
