Role Description

This is a full-time Attorney role based remotely in the Raleigh, NC area. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, attending hearings, advocating for clients in court, conducting research, and representing clients in matters related to creditors’ rights, landlord-tenant disputes, and litigation. Responsibilities also include negotiating on behalf of clients and effectively managing cases through various stages of the legal process.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Law, including creditors’ rights, landlord-tenant disputes, real estate, and litigation
• Demonstrated ability to provide sound Legal Advice and counsel
• Strong Research and analytical skills to support legal arguments
• Exceptional Negotiation skills to represent client interests effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proven ability to handle complex cases with attention to detail
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active law license to practice in North Carolina
• Previous experience in creditors’ rights or related legal areas is a plus
