Attorney
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Attorney to join our legal team, specializing in litigation with a focus on personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients in court, advising them on legal matters, and ensuring their rights are protected throughout the legal process.
Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in litigation and trial proceedings

Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies

Draft and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs

Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

Communicate with clients to provide case updates and legal advice

Prepare and present cases in trial court

Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to build strong cases
Qualifications
-
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction

Proven experience in litigation and personal injury law

Strong understanding of trial court procedures and rules

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective strategies

Experience with plaintiff cases is a plus
