Senior Litigation Attorney

A prominent probate law firm is seeking a new senior associate to add to their dynamic team. This firm guarantees their attorneys a proven path to promotion and partnership. My team has placed 4 attorneys with this firm in the past 7 years, and they all still happily work here! One of those attorneys made partner and others have been promoted to more senior associate roles.

The ideal attorney will have:

• 5+ years of trust and estate litigation experience
• Experience litigating a contested probate case from inception through resolution:
• Discovery
• Drafting pleadings and motions
• Depositions
• Court appearances
• Mediations
• Trial prep

Requirements:

1. Must reside in California (100% remote, but limited to in-state attorneys)
2. Must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
3. JD from an ABA-accredited law school
4. 5+ years of California trust and estate litigation experience as a licensed attorney OR 8+ years of California civil litigation experience as a licensed attorney and a strong interest in trust & estate litigation
