This Is Not a “Sit Quietly and Bill Hours” Associate Role.

At AKB Law, we represent professionals who refuse to be silenced in the workplace. Clients are executives, managers, physicians, educators, and corporate leaders navigating discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination. They are smart, accomplished, and often exhausted from fighting alone.

We are looking for an Associate Attorney who is ready to stand beside them — strategically, intelligently, and fearlessly.

If you are looking for a firm where you can hide in the background, this is not the place.

You will not simply “assist.” You will own cases with supervision, strategy sessions, and feedback.

  • Organized and deadline-driven
  • Coachable but not fragile
  • Emotionally intelligent with clients in crisis
  • Energized by advocating for women in the workplace

Bonus if you:
