POSITION SUMMARY
Tillmann Law is seeking an Attorney to manage personal injury cases from initial filing through resolution, including settlement, arbitration, mediation, or trial. This role requires a hands-on litigator who can independently manage case strategy, discovery, depositions, and courtroom proceedings while working closely with an experienced litigation paralegal. The ideal candidate is process-oriented, collaborative, and open to learning Tillmann Law’s established systems and workflows. This position offers the opportunity to grow alongside a rapidly expanding personal injury firm with long-term plans for regional expansion. Candidates ranging from newly licensed attorneys to seasoned litigators are encouraged to apply.
