①Corpotare Attorney

  • Client Consultations & Engagement: Provide legal guidance tailored to clients’ needs, present appropriate legal solutions, and connect them with the appropriate attorney. Facilitate engagement agreement execution.
  • Legal Strategy & Risk Assessment: Offer legal insights regarding optimal strategies for clients’ situations and evaluate potential legal risks.
  • Promote the Firm’s Capabilities: Clearly articulate the firm’s strengths, manage client expectations, and guide prospective clients toward engagement.
  • Client Communication: Address client concerns, respond to inquiries, and maintain open communication regarding case status and next steps.
  • Explain Legal Processes: Clearly and professionally explain legal procedures and case eligibility in understandable language.

②Criminal Defense Attorney

  • Represent clients in misdemeanor and felony matters in state and federal courts
  • Conduct client interviews, investigate facts and assess case risks to develop strategic defenses
  • Handle arraignments, bail applications, plea negotiations and trial preparation
  • Draft and file motions, briefs, suppression applications and sentencing submissions
  • Advise clients facing investigations including fraud, financial misconduct and other white collar matters
  • Coordinate with investigators, experts and cross border teams when necessary

  • Represent clients in divorce, child custody, visitation, child support and spousal support matters
  • Draft petitions, motions, separation agreements, settlement proposals and supporting affidavits

  • Negotiate settlements and represent clients during conferences, mediation and court appearances
  • Provide clear and strategic advice while guiding clients through sensitive and emotionally challenging situations

④Intake Attorney

  • Client Consultations & Engagement: Provide legal guidance tailored to clients’ needs, present appropriate legal solutions, and connect them with the appropriate attorney. Facilitate engagement agreement execution.
  • Legal Strategy & Risk Assessment: Offer legal insights regarding optimal strategies for clients’ situations and evaluate potential legal risks.

  • Consultations via Zoom/Phone/In-Office: Build trust with prospective clients and support conversion of prospective clients into active clients.

⑤Employment and Labor Lawyer

  • Employment Documentation: Draft and review termination notices, final pay/benefits disclosures, and compliance documents in strict accordance with New York Labor Law (NYLL) § 195 (Wage Theft Prevention Act) and related State and City labor statutes.
  • Pre-Litigation & Demand Response: Strategize responses to employment-related demand letters involving discrimination (NY State Human Rights Law, NYC Human Rights Law/NYCHRA), retaliation, misclassification, and wage-and-hour claims.
  • Administrative Advocacy: Manage filings and defense strategies before the EEOC, the NYS Division of Human Rights (DHR), and the NYC Commission on Human Rights (CCHR), including risk assessments for potential settlements.
  • Termination & Risk Advisory: Advise management on the timing and documentation of terminations to mitigate retaliation claims and minimize punitive or reputational exposure under New York’s employment-at-will doctrine and its narrow exceptions.
  • Litigation Management: Handle employment-related litigation in federal courts, NY State Supreme Court, and local appellate divisions, overseeing everything from initial responses to final releases.
  • Strategic Counsel: Provide expert guidance on the Cooperative Dialogue process (required under NYC law for accommodations), at-will employment, and sensitive HR matters involving senior leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Licensed and in good standing with the NewYork Bar
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant U.S. legal experience in one or more of the listed areas
  • Strong legal research, writing and analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Proven capacity to handle multiple matters under tight deadlines
  • High professional standards and commitment to accuracy and client service

Preferred Skills and Experiences

  • Experience in multi-jurisdictional or cross-border legal matters
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate within an international or multilingual environment
  • Experience using Clio or similar legal practice management systems
