Attorney – Family Law & Probate Litigation

Job Summary
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) litigation associate attorney to join our growing practice in Miami, Florida. This position is ideal for an attorney with real courtroom experience who is comfortable handling contested matters and working directly with clients.

Practice Focus

The position will primarily involve:

· Probate litigation (will contests, beneficiary disputes, fiduciary litigation, contested estate administrations)

· Family law litigation (dissolution of marriage, support, custody-related disputes)

· Guardianship cases (limited volume; experience is a plus)

Responsibilities

· Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution

· Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda

· Appear in court for hearings, case management conferences, and trials

· Conduct depositions and motion practice

· Communicate directly with English- and Spanish-speaking clients

· Work closely with firm leadership and support staff

Qualifications

· Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar

· Litigation experience required (probate and/or family law preferred)

· Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

· Comfortable appearing in court and handling contested matters

· Strong legal writing and analytical skills

· Ability to manage deadlines and multiple cases independently

· Guardianship experience is a plus, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
