We provide pre-litigation and litigation services for homeowners and a select group of contractors.

The role involves providing legal advice and guidance to homeowners, contractors, HOAs, and Condo Associations regarding their construction projects, actively litigating cases, handling depositions, attending court hearings, drafting contracts, negotiating on behalf of homeowners with contractors or other lawyers, and all phases of litigation.

Our office is in Boca Raton. We do work throughout the entire State of Florida. This position can be filled by a Florida-licensed attorney working anywhere and promises to be extremely rewarding. The ability to generate clients within the firm’s niche will be rewarded.
