TempExperts is recruiting for an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of defense civil litigation experience for a well-established firm in their Miami, FL office. In this role, you will manage high-exposure civil litigation matters from inception through trial in collaboration with a supervising partner. This position offers a strong opportunity to advance your litigation skills while working on complex, challenging cases.

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled legal professional who excels in fast-paced environments, demonstrates strong analytical and advocacy abilities, and is motivated to grow alongside experienced senior attorneys.

Position Details:

• Investigating cases and gathering evidence.
• Advising clients on legal matters.
• Filing court documents and drafting pleadings.
• Representing clients in hearings, trials, and mediations.
• Conducting depositions and interviewing witnesses.
• Negotiating settlements and appealing court decisions.
