Job DescriptionPosition Overview
Join the firm as a Litigation Attorney (non-partnership track) in Miami, FL. This role is ideal for Florida-admitted lawyers eager to engage in meaningful work and grow their careers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with partners, lawyers, clients, staff, and third parties.
  • Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence efficiently and responsively.
  • Analyze complex legal issues logically, applying legal principles and research to specific facts.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and well-reasoned work product.
  • Be available as needed to ensure timely delivery of services, including evenings and weekends.
  • Apply sustained and intense concentration for extended periods.
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and satisfy clients and colleagues.
  • Engage in both physical and sedentary activities, such as working at a computer for extended periods and participating in meetings.
  • Travel as required for client meetings, advocacy, or business development.
  • Foster relationships and anticipate clients’ needs for continued engagement.
  • Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and staff.
  • Observe all firm policies and practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience.
  • Experience working on litigation matters in state and federal courts, including drafting pleadings and briefs, taking and defending depositions, addressing discovery disputes, and general litigation case management.
  • Experience in healthcare and/or ERISA matters is desired.
  • Previous state court or federal clerkship experience is a plus.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
