A well-established Portland law firm is seeking a talented Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for an attorney with solid litigation experience who is looking to grow within a supportive and highly respected legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
• Conduct legal research and prepare written analyses
• Participate in client meetings, depositions, and court appearances
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff on case strategy and preparation
• Manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of litigation experience
• Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Member of the Oregon State Bar (Washington Bar a plus)
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Willingness to travel for hearings, depositions, and client meetings
• Strong academic credentials and professional work ethic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80.00 - $115.00 per hour
