Role Overview:
Ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of Litigation experience and be responsible for, among other duties, handling discovery, dispositive motions and covering daily administrative hearings related to the new Indiana Worksite Camera Speed Enforcement Pilot Program. Additional duties will include working with INDOT's third party vendor to confirm contract and business rule compliance and advising INDOT stakeholders on legal issues arising in the Pilot Program.

This position is located in INDOT’s Central Office.
Salary:
This position traditionally starts at an annual salary of $85,020.00. Salary for this position may be commensurate with education and job experience.
