Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Auction Block Clerk to join our dynamic team. Duties

  • Manage order entry and transaction documentation to ensure seamless auction operations
  • Maintain detailed records through data collection, auction proceedings
  • Perform data entry tasks with high typing speed and accuracy, supporting administrative functions
  • Fast pace, attention to details

Experience

  • Previous clerical or administrative experience in an office environment is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently with strong typing skills
  • Experience with data collection, and basic to support record-keeping activities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
  • Office experience involving order entry, transcription, or clerical duties will be advantageous
  • Proven capability to adapt quickly to new software tools and maintain attention to detail under pressure
