   strong operational leadership, strategic vision, and proven expertise in driving attendance growth, managing complex event operations, and building long-term client and partner engagement.
  
   Job Responsibilities:
  
   Audience Acquisition & Event Marketing
  
- 
   Develop and execute audience acquisition strategies for online & offline events, conferences, and campaigns across industries.
  
- 
   Leverage multi-channel outreach (email/SMS campaigns, social media, tele-calling, affiliates, and database marketing) to maximize attendance and engagement.
  
- 
   Build and maintain high-quality B2B databases, ensuring accurate targeting and segmentation for campaigns.
  
- 
   Drive consistent audience growth, with measurable improvement in attendee conversion and retention.
  
   Event & Campaign Operations
  
- 
   Lead end-to-end execution of multiple events simultaneously, from planning to delivery.
  
- 
   Collaborate with business teams, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth event operations and logistics.
  
- 
   Oversee budget planning, cost optimization, and vendor negotiations to maximize ROI.
  
- 
   Implement data-driven strategies to track and measure event success (ROI, conversion, customer engagement).
  
   Stakeholder & Client Management
  
- 
   Manage senior client relationships, ensuring impeccable service delivery and resolution of escalations.
  
- 
   Partner with sponsors, partners, and CXO-level executives to build strategic alliances and long-term engagement.
  
- 
   Align with internal cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, creative, tech) to ensure project objectives are met.
  
   Leadership & Team Development
  
- 
   Lead and mentor a high-performing team of managers, analysts, and operations professionals.
  
- 
   Define KRAs, monitor performance, and ensure structured training and skill development.
  
- 
   Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, ensuring employee growth and retention.
  
   Qualifications & Skills
  
- 
    12+ years of experience in audience acquisition, event operations, campaign management, and stakeholder engagement.
   
- 
   Proven track record of driving audience acquisition for large-scale conferences, webinars, forums, or brand campaigns.
  
- 
   Strong expertise in multi-channel marketing (email, SMS, social media, digital campaigns, affiliate marketing).
  
- 
    Hands-on experience in P&L management, budget optimization, and ROI tracking.
   
- 
    Exceptional leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
   
- 
   Strong analytical ability and comfort with CRM tools, data analytics, and reporting dashboards.
  
- 
   Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  
- 
   MBA/PGDM preferred.
