Job Description:
Finexpertiza Qatar is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Audit Assistant to support the audit team in conducting financial and operational audits. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency in financial records while contributing to high-quality audit processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing internal and external audit assignments
• Examine financial statements, records, and transactions for accuracy and compliance
• Prepare audit working papers, documentation, and reports
• Identify discrepancies, risks, and areas for improvement
• Support senior auditors in data analysis and audit procedures
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Communicate findings and recommendations to the audit team
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information
• Assist in follow-up audits and implementation of corrective actions

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in auditing or accounting
• Knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and compliance regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/audit software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
