Audit Executive - Female

Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits of branches via CCTV camera room to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Identify gaps, risks, and irregularities in operations, finance, or staff behavior.
• Perform vigilance checks and surprise inspections at different locations.
• Monitor staff discipline, attendance, and adherence to ethical standards.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist management in implementing preventive controls for fraud, theft, or policy violations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field preferred).
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Audit / Vigilance / Compliance.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of audit standards, risk management, and vigilance practices.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must have the hand on experience in Retail Industry
