Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Audit Manager to lead end-to-end audit engagements, ensuring full compliance with Saudi Arabian accounting and auditing standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing audit operations, providing strategic guidance to clients, and supporting the development of a high-performing audit team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of financial audits in accordance with local regulations and international best practices.
• Conduct in-depth risk assessments, audit testing, and analytical procedures to identify potential misstatements or areas of concern.
• Prepare and present clear, concise audit reports highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Ensure all audit activities comply with Saudi Arabian accounting and auditing standards.
• Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and industry trends to maintain audit quality and compliance.
• Provide expert advice to clients on financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and operational improvements.
• Cultivate strong client relationships to support long-term collaboration and trust.
• Communicate audit results and recommendations effectively to clients and key stakeholders.
• Mentor and supervise junior team members, promoting professional development and ensuring quality outputs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure audits are completed within agreed timelines and standards.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the audit department.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant audit experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Solid understanding of Saudi accounting and auditing standards.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple audits simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Willingness and eligibility to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
