Audit Manager – Internal Audit (Commercial & Finance)

Role Purpose

Deliver independent assurance over airline commercial and financial activities, including revenue, contracts, incentives, and outstation operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute audits covering airline commercial and financial processes.
• Audit revenue management, pricing, sales channels, and incentive programmes.
• Review commercial contracts, agency agreements, and third-party arrangements.
• Execute audits of commercial and financial activities at outstations and overseas locations.
• Assess adequacy of financial controls, delegated authorities, and governance frameworks.
• Identify revenue leakage, control weaknesses, and compliance gaps.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
• Track and follow up on implementation of audit recommendations.
• Support fraud reviews and investigative audit procedures when required.

Experience Requirements

7–10 years of experience in audit, finance, or commercial assurance roles, with exposure to airline commercial environments.

Qualifications & Certifications

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline. Professional audit certification (CIA, CFE, or CISA) mandatory.
