Audit Officer

1. Payroll Audit – Salary & Wages

Verify monthly payroll for Head Office and Stitching Unit. Check attendance records, deductions, loan recoveries, and EOBI/Social Security calculations. Ensure salary/wages are paid as per company policy.

2. Purchase Audit

Audit all purchase orders, vendor invoices, and GRNs for raw material, stores, and fixed assets. Verify 3-way matching: PO vs GRN vs Invoice. Check vendor selection process, rate comparisons, and approval authorities. Ensure no split POs or overbilling and that purchases follow company procurement policy.

3. Inventory Audit

Conduct physical and system verification of raw material, work-in-process, and finished goods inventory at warehouse and factories. Reconcile inventory records with ERP. Check for slow-moving and shortage/excess stock. Verify proper issuance, return, and scrap procedures.

4. Production Audit

Monitor production data for weaving and processing and Stitching units. Verify daily production reports, machine efficiency, wastage, and yield against standards. Check consumption of raw material vs output. Identify leakages, pilferage, and unauthorized production. Ensure production targets and SOPs are followed.

5. Sales Audit

Verify sales invoices, delivery challans, and customer ledger. Reconcile sales with dispatch and accounts receivable. Review export documentation and tax invoices for FBR compliance.

6. Accounts Audit

Audit general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and cashbook. Verify vouchers, supporting documents, and proper cost center allocation. Check compliance with company accounting policies and tax regulations. Review advances, payables, receivables, and fixed asset registers.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month
