is hiring NOW for a motivated and versatile Parts Receiving / Deliver Clerk to join our team! This is a hands-on, physically active role that requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work efficiently with inventory, stock, and deliveries. If you have prior experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse work, inventory / stock management or similar roles, you could be a strong candidate! We’re looking for someone reliable, technically capable, and able to follow procedures accurately.

This position focuses on receiving, organizing, and delivering parts while keeping track of stock levels and handling inventory. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with numbers and computers, and handling physical tasks like lifting and moving parts.

Responsibilities —
Auto Parts Receiving / Delivery Clerk:

  • Unload and Organize Parts:
    Take deliveries, check them, and put parts where they belong.
  • Help in the Parts Department: Get parts ready for delivery, answer basic questions, and keep the workspace neat.
  • Work with Other Departments: Make sure the service team gets the parts they need for repairs.
  • Stay on Top of the Job: Learn about different parts and how things work in the department.
  • Keep the Area Clean: Make sure shelves and storage areas stay organized and tidy.
  • Do Other Tasks as Needed: Help out with whatever else comes up in the department.

Qualifications —
Auto Parts Receiving / Delivery Clerk:

  • Strong commitment to prompt and reliable work attendance
  • Previous experience with stocking, warehouse, and/or inventory management in any industry translates well in this position
  • Dealership experience is a plus but not required
  • Excellent work ethic with a focus on quality and efficiency
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused with good communication skills
  • Eager to learn new tasks and procedures within the parts department and contribute to team success
  • Must upload a current resume and complete the online assessment for immediate consideration
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
  • Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
  • Forklift certification is a plus, but not required—We'll provide training and certification!
  • Auto parts experience is a plus!
  • Ability to safely lift 75 lbs. or more!
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required
