Job Purpose
To diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles standards, ensuring safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Principal Accountabilities
- Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and filter replacements.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Carry out advanced troubleshooting and corrective actions in line with manufacturer guidelines.
- Ensure all work is completed accurately, on time, and documented in the service records.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment.
- Adhere to company safety standards, policies, and manufacturer repair procedures.
- Keep up to date with new technologies, technical bulletins, and training programs.
- Communicate effectively with the service advisor/foreman regarding job status and additional required repairs.
Required Qualifications
- Education - High School/Diploma (Technical Certifications)
- Specialization - Automotive
- Years of experience - 3 Years
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
