AutoCAD Designer

Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented CAD Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in computer-aided design and be proficient in various CAD software applications. This role involves collaborating with engineers and architects to create precise drawings and models that meet project specifications. The CAD Designer will play a crucial role in the design process, ensuring that all designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and compliant with industry standards.

Duties
- Develop detailed CAD drawings and 3D models based on project requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand design objectives and constraints.
- Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, Rhinoceros 3D, Sketchup, ArchiCAD, SolidWorks, and others to produce high-quality designs.
- Conduct design reviews and make necessary adjustments based on feedback from engineers and clients.
- Ensure all drawings are accurate, complete, and adhere to company standards.
- Maintain organized documentation of design changes and revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Skills
- Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, Rhinoceros 3D, Sketchup, ArchiCAD, SolidWorks.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and system design processes.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce precise technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Effective communication skills to convey design concepts clearly to team members and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to design practices is a plus.

Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour
