AutoCAD Draftsman

Job Summary
The AutoCAD Draftsman is responsible for preparing accurate drawings and layouts for dewatering systems and related civil works. The role supports engineers and project teams by translating site data and design concepts into detailed technical drawings for dewatering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare AutoCAD drawings for dewatering layouts, including well points, deep wells, pipelines, pumps, and discharge lines.
• Develop shop drawings, installation drawings, and as-built drawings based on site conditions.
• Update drawings as per site changes and engineer’s instructions.
• Coordinate with site engineers to collect design inputs and field data.
• Maintain proper drawing records and revision control.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards.
• Assist in quantity take-offs and basic documentation when required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or certification in Civil Drafting or AutoCAD.
• 2–5 years of experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman, preferably in a dewatering or construction company.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of civil and dewatering drawings is an advantage.
• Good understanding of basic civil engineering and site practices.
