AutoCAD Draftsman

Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman with strong proficiency in AutoCAD. While prior experience in marble and stone projects is preferred, freshers with a passion for learning and the ability to quickly master AutoCAD are also welcome to apply. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams. Preference will be given to male candidates to meet the specific needs of our team and clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create Detailed Drawings: Develop precise and accurate AutoCAD drawings for marble cutting and installation, tailored to client specifications.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and make necessary design adjustments.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and production teams to ensure smooth execution of designs.
• Quality Control: Review and revise drawings to ensure accuracy and adherence to company and industry standards.
• Material Optimization: Plan layouts and cutting strategies to minimize waste and maximize the use of marble slabs.
• Documentation: Maintain well-organized records of drawings, revisions, and project-related documentation.
• Software Proficiency: Stay updated with advancements in AutoCAD and related design tools to improve workflow efficiency.
• Problem-Solving: Address design challenges by providing practical and innovative solutions.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all designs comply with safety regulations, company policies, and project guidelines.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in training programs and contribute to the improvement of design and operational processes.
• Team Support: Assist senior team members with scheduling, report preparation, and documentation management to enhance team productivity.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (portfolio or practical skill demonstration required).
• Experience in marble, granite, or stone drafting is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Freshers with strong technical skills are welcome to apply.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
