AutoCAD Draftsman

Job Description (UAE Fresher with home experience prefered)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our team. Freshers are welcome to apply; however, 1–2 years of drafting experience in the home country is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate shop drawings and cutting lists for marble, granite, and natural stone works
• Draft detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD as per site measurements and design requirements
• Assist Site Project Engineers in preparing layout plans, material schedules, and stone setting-out drawings
• Create 3D visualisations and renderings using 3ds Max for client presentations and design approvals
• Revise and update drawings based on site feedback, client changes, or engineer instructions
• Maintain an organised library of drawing files, revisions, and project documentation
• Coordinate with the factory and site team to ensure drawings reflect actual material and installation requirements
• Ensure all drawings comply with company standards and project specifications

Skills & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or a relevant field
• 0–2 years of drafting experience (fresher with strong skills welcome)
• Proficient in AutoCAD — mandatory
• Knowledge of 3ds Max for rendering and visualisation is an advantage
• Exposure to marble, granite, or natural stone shop drawings is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication skills in English; Hindi/Urdu is an advantage

Package:

• Salary: AED 2,000 – 2,500 per month
• UAE Employment Visa provided
• Full-time, Permanent role (no remote working)
