Key Responsibilities

• Create accurate architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD (2D and 3D).
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings.
• Interpret project requirements, design concepts, specifications, and technical data to produce precise drafts.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to maintain drawing accuracy and consistency.
• Adhere to company standards, industry regulations, and drafting best practices.
• Perform measurements, calculations, and basic trigonometric analyses as required.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications and online resources for documentation, reporting, and research.
• Review and verify drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• DAE in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering (minimum qualification).
• AutoCAD Certification is mandatory.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Effective organizational, time-management, and teamwork skills.
