Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings and plans in accordance with project specifications, codes, and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, layouts, and as-built drawings as per project requirements
• Develop drawings from concept sketches, specifications, and site measurements
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy
• Modify and revise drawings based on site conditions and consultant/client feedback
• Ensure drawings comply with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records
• Support site teams with clarifications and technical drawings as required

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Drafting, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Draftsman in construction projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience is an advantage)
• Good knowledge of construction drawings and materials
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Experience in UAE/GCC projects is preferred

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
