AutoCAD Draftsman/woman

Telecom Draftsman creates technical drawings, layouts, and schematics for telecommunications infrastructure—such as fiber optic networks, cell towers, and underground utilities—using CAD software. • Drawings: Produce detailed 2D/3D CAD drawings for telecom systems (e.g., CCTV, structured cabling, radio systems, and cable routing).
• Documentation: Create site plans, tower layouts, and detailed "as-built" drawings following construction.
• Specifications: Interpret engineering, civil, and technical specifications to ensure accurate design representation.
• Collaboration: Work with engineers to make revisions based on field data, markups, and site visits.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) or Revit.
• Experience: Proven experience in telecom, OSP (Outside Plant) design, or civil construction drafting.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of fiber optics, utility mapping, and telecom equipment layouts.
• Education: Diploma or degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, communication, and ability to interpret technical diagrams.
