Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AutoCAD Draftsman with over 3 years of experience in architectural drafting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing detailed architectural drawings, with a preference for those who have worked on high-rise buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, sections, and elevations using AutoCAD
• Translate conceptual sketches and drawings into working technical drawings
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams for design intent and accuracy
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements
• Maintain and organize drawing sets and documentation for projects
• Update and revise drawings based on site feedback and design changes

Skills Required

• Proficient in AutoCAD with strong drafting speed and precision
• Good understanding of architectural detailing, especially for high-rise projects
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Basic knowledge of building materials, construction practices, and bylaws
• Familiarity with MS Office and digital file management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma in Architecture, Civil Drafting, or a related field
• Experience with Revit or other BIM tools is an added advantage
• Prior experience in a reputed architectural firm, especially on large-scale/high-rise projects
