AutoCAD Draughtsman

Whitemonde Interiors is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Draftsman with 1–2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects. The candidate must have strong experience in preparing both architectural and MEP drawings, ensuring proper coordination between civil, joinery, and MEP services.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings for interior fit-out projects.
• Develop MEP coordination drawings (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing layouts).
• Prepare reflected ceiling plans (RCP) with MEP coordination.
• Draft joinery details, partition details, and flooring layouts.
• Coordinate with Interior Designers, Project Engineers, and MEP engineers.
• Revise drawings based on consultant/client comments.
• Prepare authority submission drawings (if required).
• Produce as-built drawings after project completion.
• Ensure proper clash coordination between MEP and architectural works.

Mandatory Requirements

• 1–2 years UAE experience in interior fit-out.
• Strong knowledge of MEP design & coordination (Mandatory).
• Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD (Mandatory)
• Revit (Preferred)
• Knowledge of MEP drafting standards
• Experience in preparing coordinated RCP drawings.
• Understanding of UAE authority/mall fit-out guidelines.

Preferred Experience

• Retail / F&B / Office / Residential fit-out projects.
• Understanding of HVAC ducting, lighting layouts, DB schedules, plumbing layouts.
• Ability to coordinate with site and MEP subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or Architecture.
