Position Overview
The Autoline Administrator will be responsible for the overall administration, maintenance, and functional support of the
Keyloop Autoline Rev8 Dealer Management System (DMS)
across all Y.K. Almoayyed business units. The role will ensure smooth daily operations, user management, data integrity, system configuration, and first-line troubleshooting while working closely with functional teams, consultants, and business heads to drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities

Administer and manage
Autoline Rev8 DMS
across all group companies (Nissan, Ford, UD Trucks, SANY, YKA Motors, etc.).

Manage
user accounts, roles, and permissions
ensuring appropriate access control.

Perform
system configuration, parameter setup, and data validation
to support business operations.

Monitor
system performance, scheduled tasks, and data synchronization
between modules.

Serve as the
primary contact for Autoline-related issues
— logging and tracking incidents, coordinating with Keyloop support, and ensuring timely resolution.

Work closely with
Finance, Parts, Service, and Sales departments
to optimize business workflows and reporting.

Support
new implementations, upgrades, and integrations
( BI, Mobile apps, Digitisation, ODBC, API).

Conduct
user training sessions
, prepare manuals, and ensure compliance with IT policies and data security standards.

Collaborate with IT infrastructure team to ensure
database backups, system uptime, and performance tuning
.

Participate in
UAT and Go-Live activities
for system enhancements or module rollouts.

Maintain detailed
documentation
of configurations, changes, and support tickets.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in
Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
.

5-10 years of experience
administering or supporting
Autoline DMS (Rev8 / Drive / CDK)
.

Hands-on experience with
Autoline modules
: Sales, Parts, Service, Vehicle Admin, Finance.

Familiarity with
SQL, Oracle, or data query tools
for report generation.

Understanding of
automotive dealership operations
and business processes.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience with
API integration
or external application interfacing preferred.
