Arib is a Saudi fintech startup that operates in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Having obtained a license from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), Arib aggregates financing options from various institutions on a single platform. This allows users to compare and select the most suitable financing option for their needs.

Arib was initially launched in late 2018 under the name syaaraat.com, focusing on digital brokerage for auto-leasing. While syaaraat.com is still operational, Arib has since expanded its services to include brokerage for other financial products, such as personal loans, mortgages, Credit Cards, and SMEs.

Through its aggregated marketplace, Arib aims to simplify the process of finding and securing the right financing options for its customers across this broader suite of financial services.

Job Description:

  •  Build and maintain customer relationships through effective communication and in-depth product knowledge.
  • Assist customers in selecting the most suitable vehicle based on their specific needs and preferences.
  • Conduct informative test drives, providing detailed information about features, specifications, and pricing.
  • Assess customers' financial situations and offer appropriate financing options.
  • Explain financing terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules to customers.
  • Collaborate with financial institutions to secure competitive financing for customers.
  • Negotiate sales terms and conditions, ensuring both customer satisfaction and company profitability.
  • Work closely with customers to finalize pricing, trade-ins, and additional services.
  • Present and clarify warranty options, service plans, and additional add-ons.
  • Prepare and review sales contracts and financing agreements with customers.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to vehicle sales and financing.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to efficiently process paperwork. 

Job Requirements

· A bachelor's degree is a must.

·  4-5 years of experience in the same field.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Strong customer service orientation.

· Knowledge of financing procedures and relevant legal regulations.

· Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
