Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Education Executive, located in Egypt with some work from home acceptable. The Senior Education Executive will be responsible for designing and implementing educational programs, managing education initiatives, developing curricula, and conducting teacher training sessions. Additional responsibilities include overseeing partnerships with educational institutions, monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness, and ensuring alignment with the foundation's mission and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and implementing educational programs, curriculum development, and training
• Strong management and leadership skills with the ability to oversee education initiatives and partnerships
• Proficiency in project management, monitoring, and evaluation of educational programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• A deep commitment to the foundation's mission and values
• Experience working in international or multicultural settings is a plus
• Professor, PhD, Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in education, workforce development, or job creation initiatives.
