Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivational Senior Sales Manager to lead our team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives. You will be responsible for driving new business acquisition by coaching your team to success, refining our sales processes, and consistently exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate is a player-coach who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a deep understanding of complex B2B software sales cycles.
Role Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage the daily activities of the Account Executive and SDR teams.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes for both ERP and custom development sales.

Set individual and team sales quotas; provide accurate sales forecasts.

Conduct regular pipeline reviews, one-on-one coaching sessions, and team meetings.

Actively participate in late-stage sales cycles and assist in closing strategic deals.

Recruit, hire, and train new sales talent.

Collaborate with the Director of Growth & Revenue to align team goals with overall company objectives.

Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.

Skills & Experiences:

Experience:
7+ years of experience in B2B software sales, with at least 3 years in a sales management or team lead role.

Proven Track Record:
A history of consistently meeting or exceeding personal and team sales quotas.

Coaching & Development:
A passion for coaching and developing sales professionals.

Sales Methodology:
Expertise in various sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, Solution Selling).

CRM Proficiency:
Advanced knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management and reporting.

Communication:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Industry Knowledge:
Experience selling ERP systems or technology consulting/custom development services is strongly preferred.
