  • Developing Sales Strategies Creating and implementing plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.
  • Setting Sales Targets Assigning quotas and goals to sales teams and monitoring performance.
  • Team Leadership & Coaching Hiring, training, motivating, and guiding sales representatives to improve skills and performance.
  • Market Analysis Researching competitors, market trends, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting Preparing accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports.
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals Supporting team members in high-level negotiations and finalizing important contracts.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments Working with marketing, product development, and customer service to align goals and strategies.
  • Monitoring KPIs Tracking key performance indicators such as conversion rates, revenue growth, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Ensuring Compliance Making sure all sales practices follow company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Manage client relationships, identifying opportunities for new contracts.
  • Analyze data and create reports to identify areas of business growth.
  • Monitor local and federal regulations.
  • Bid on new projects and negotiate contract terms.
  • Recruit and oversee contractors and vendors.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership position.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing sales teams.
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C environments (depending on company needs).
