Automation Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in Microsoft Power Automate and Agentic AI technologies to design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage AI-driven agents and workflow automation to optimize business processes, enhance productivity, and deliver innovative solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop Automation Solutions:
• Build and maintain workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline business processes.
• Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft 365, Dynamics, and third-party applications.
• Agentic AI Implementation:
• Develop and deploy AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution.
• Utilize AI frameworks to create adaptive, context-aware solutions that improve operational efficiency.
• Process Optimization:
• Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and AI augmentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Integration and Data Handling:
• Connect automation flows with APIs, databases, and cloud services.
• Ensure secure handling of data and compliance with organizational policies.
• Monitoring and Maintenance:
• Monitor performance of automated workflows and AI agents.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate, including advanced flow design and connectors.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, or similar).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integration best practices.
• Understanding of API integration, data security, and governance.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Azure AI Services, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.
• Background in process automation, RPA, or intelligent workflow design.
• Certification in Microsoft Power Platform or related AI technologies.
