Position Overview
We are seeking an Automation Coordinator to oversee and manage daily automation operations. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, engineers, and internal teams. The Automation Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Veena Automation LLC’s reputation for excellence in automation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate automation projects including scheduling, documentation, and resource allocation.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide timely updates.
• Collaborate with engineers and technical teams to ensure project delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of automation systems, reports, and client communications.
• Support system upgrades, compliance initiatives, and safety protocols.
• Prepare reports on automation performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s industrial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in automation coordination, industrial operations, or project management.
• Strong knowledge of automation systems, industrial processes, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and automation management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
