Automation Engineer

Experience: 2–5 years (flexible based on skill set)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for API and UI testing
• Implement automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, or similar
• Perform API automation using REST-based services
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines
• Analyze test results, log defects, and collaborate with development teams for resolution
• Maintain and improve existing automation frameworks
• Support regression, smoke, and performance testing activities

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in test automation for web and API applications
• Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (JavaScript, Java, Python, etc.)
• Experience with automation frameworks and testing tools
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
• Experience with Git/version control systems

Nice to Have:

• Experience in healthcare or EHR/EMR domain
• Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, k6, etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
