Senior Systems Integration Engineer (SCADA/BMS)

Position Overview

We are seeking a high-level Planning & Design Expert to lead the architecture and integration of our critical building systems. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience bridging the gap between industrial automation and traditional building management systems (BMS) to create high-performance, energy-efficient environments.

Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Architecture & Programming

• Design and program sophisticated PLC logic utilizing Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and FBD for critical infrastructure including HVAC units, Chillers, Water Treatment, and Power Management.
• Develop high-performance SCADA HMI screens that prioritize intuitive real-time monitoring and advanced alarm management for facility operators.
• Implement advanced control loops, specifically PID tuning, to optimize energy consumption without compromising occupant comfort.

Integration & Networking

• Integrate disparate building subsystems using industry-standard protocols such as BACnet (IP/MSTP), Modbus (TCP/RTU), LonWorks, and M-Bus.
• Bridge the communication gap between industrial PLCs (e.g., Siemens S7, Rockwell) and traditional BMS controllers (e.g., Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Schneider).
• Configure OPC Servers (UA/DA) to ensure seamless and reliable data flow between field-level hardware and the enterprise management level.

Execution & Commissioning

• Perform rigorous Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for both control panels and software logic.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical and communication issues in the field, including precise sensor calibration and actuator mapping.
• Generate comprehensive technical documentation, including IO Point Lists, Functional Design Specifications (FDS), and O&M Manuals.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in SCADA/BMS systems integration.
• Technical Mastery: Proven track record with industrial PLC brands (Siemens, Rockwell) and BMS platforms (Honeywell, JCI, Schneider).
• Protocol Proficiency: Expert knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, and OPC UA/DA.
• Documentation Skills: Ability to translate complex logic into clear Functional Design Specifications

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
