Job Description (JD):

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Site Engineer to manage and execute construction projects across Karachi and Interior Sindh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering projects within timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for construction projects
• Ensure work execution according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, material requirements, and manpower planning
• Ensure quality control and timely completion of assigned projects
• Handle documentation related to site execution, BOQs, measurements, and progress reports
• Liaise with government departments and relevant authorities for project approvals, inspections, and compliance
• Assist management in planning, execution, and takeover of government and private sector projects
• Identify risks and propose practical engineering solutions on-site

Job Specification (JS):Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BE / BSc Civil Engineering)

Experience:

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience as a Site Engineer
• Proven experience in government and large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of local construction practices and regulatory requirements

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and site management skills
• Ability to coordinate effectively with government bodies and project stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Sound knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety standards
• Proficiency in project documentation and reporting
• Willingness to travel and work in interior Sindh and other cities as projects expand
