Job Overview

RE/MAX Smart Concept is seeking a full-time AI Automation Engineer to build, integrate, and maintain workflow automations across our CRM and internal systems.

This is a hands-on execution role focused strictly on automation development, system reliability, and API integrations. The position is technical and implementation-driven.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement workflow automations using Make, Zapier, or n8n
• Integrate CRM systems via API (read & write operations)
• Connect workflows with:
• Slack
• Email systems
• WhatsApp Business API
• Implement logging, monitoring, and error handling
• Test, document, and maintain automation systems
• Ensure system stability and long-term performance

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Make, Zapier, or n8n
• Proven experience integrating CRMs via API (Bitrix24 or similar platforms)
• Experience connecting Slack, Email services, and WhatsApp Business API
• Solid understanding of:
• APIs
• Webhooks
• Automation logic
• Data flow architecture

Important Notes

• This is an execution-focused engineering role
• No AI model development or training
• No CRM redesign or strategic consulting responsibilities
• Long-term ownership of automation systems is expected
