About the Role

RE/MAX Smart Concept is hiring a hands-on AI Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain workflow automations across our CRM and internal operational systems.

This is a technical execution role, focused strictly on automation development, API integrations, system stability, and long-term maintenance.

We are looking for an automation executor who builds reliable systems that work every day without failure.

Real Estate Industry Experience – Strongly Preferred

Candidates with prior experience working in:

• Real Estate brokerage companies
• Property management firms
• Real Estate CRM environments
• Lead routing, listing distribution, or portal integrations

will be given strong preference.

Understanding real estate lead flow, property listings, portal integrations, and agent workflows is a major advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement workflow automations using Make, Zapier, or n8n
• Integrate CRM systems via API (Read & write operations)
• Connect workflows with:
• Slack
• Email systems
• WhatsApp Business API
• Implement logging, monitoring, retry logic, and structured error handling
• Test, document, and maintain automation systems
• Ensure long-term system stability and performance
• Take ownership of automation infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Make, Zapier, or n8n
• Proven experience integrating CRMs via API (Bitrix24 or similar platforms)
• Experience connecting Slack, Email services, and WhatsApp Business API
• Solid understanding of:
• REST APIs
• Webhooks
• Automation logic (trigger → action)
• Data flow architecture
• Error handling & retry mechanisms

Important Notes

• This is an execution-focused engineering role
• No AI model training or LLM research
• No CRM redesign or business consulting responsibilities
• Long-term ownership of automation systems is expected
• We are seeking stability, reliability, and production-ready experience
