Automation Engineer

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1) PLC Programming and Design

• In-depth knowledge of programming and design for Siemens, ABB, Schneider, and Delta PLCs.
• Ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot control systems using PLCs.

2) SCADA Systems

• Strong experience with SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems for monitoring and controlling industrial processes.
• Knowledge of SCADA software such as WinCC, iFIX, Wonderware, or others.

3) HMI (Human-Machine Interface)

• Expertise in designing, programming, and troubleshooting HMI systems for user interaction with automation systems.

4) VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives)

• Proficiency in the selection, programming, and troubleshooting of VFDs for motor control applications.

5) Industrial Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on industrial experience to evaluate, prioritize, and implement automation solutions.
• Ability to assess complex systems, troubleshoot issues efficiently, and contribute innovative solutions in real-world industrial settings.
