What You Can Expect: 

• Ensuring the planning and timely execution of the periodic and preventive maintenance
• Ensuring smooth production and convenience to quality requirements through complex system analysis
• Ensuring the required technical availability and lifetime extension of bodyshop facilities and equipments by initiating strong problem solving andoptimal technological solutions
• Support, accompany and consulting the maintenance team (Blue collar)on specific maintenance and complex commissioning activities
• Preparation and optimization of the maintenance plans and spare part lists/plans
• Comprehensive and detailed analysis of extensive technical faults / problems and their effects,creating optimal and dynamic solutions with his/her expert expertise knowledge
• Support at new investments and projects in bodyshops areas
• Ensuring the required technical availability and maintenance of the KPI and shopfloor management system

That’s Why You Are a Match:

• Electrical, Electric & Electronics, Mechatronic Engineering  with at least Bachelor Degree
• Min. 2 years work experience in Industrial Automation with Siemens PLC applications
• Knowledge about Machine elements and fastening technology, Electro& Pneumatic, Hydraulic, LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) & Safety
• General PC and Microsoft Office knowledge, C++ or C# Programming, basic knowledge of  Robot Programming, PLC Programming (FBD, ladder etc.)
• Preferably having knowledge of Java, Delphy, Siemens HMI and Scada programming
• Strong problem solving and diagnostic experience
• Very good English knowledge in written and spoken
