Job Description

Responsible for the development sales channel, including OEMs, Partners, Systems Integrators, Panel Builders.

Responsible for target achievement meeting with margin, collection period and expense which is agreed with the management.

Giving effort to keep existing customers and develop new customers.

Regularly visiting the dedicated customers which includes partners, OEMs, Panel Builders and System integrators.

Responsible for Ankara and surrounding provinces.
Representative Activities
-
Actively promoting the sales by visiting/contacting customers (new and existing ones).

Providing commercial/technical support directly to the customers/partners and the respective follow up.

Preparing budgets, estimated potential and results per customer.

Prepare presentations and assist with marketing material to promote WEG range of Products to customers and Digital Media, Trade shows/Events.

Interacting with WEG’s teams worldwide aiming at coordinating the sales activities and the Market Development.

Participating in the Company routines (Commercial/administrative/marketing/after sales, etc), controlling Goals, KPIs, contracts and Policies.

Maintain an updated customer database for CRM initiatives.

- Works with other business developers to optimize market segment opportunities.

- Establish and build strong client relationships over time that allow for continuity and ongoing representation reinforced by sales support/delivery programs, and communications to other relevant organizational functions/divisions.
General Characteristics

Analytical thinking, decision making, change orientation and good communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Control & Automation and Mechatronics Engineering

Necessary strong communication, compromise and creativity

Commercial and Technical knowledge about Low Voltage Drive, Controls, Industrial Automation

Minimum 3 years experience of promoting and sales to Partners, OEMs, Panel builders and system integrators

Military service should be completed for male candidates

Willing to travel frequently for customer visit and presentation

Fluent in English, strong oral and written communication skills
