Automation/Integration Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an Automation/Integration Engineer to connect and optimize our growing tech stack. This role will focus on integrating HubSpot, Shopify, and other SaaS tools to ensure seamless data flow, automation, and reporting across marketing, sales, and operations.

You’ll play a critical role in building scalable systems that eliminate manual work, improve visibility, and drive revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain integrations between HubSpot and Shopify
• Implement workflow automations across marketing, sales, and ecommerce
• Connect third-party tools using APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms
• Write light custom code (JavaScript, Python, or similar) when needed
• Manage and optimize data sync, attribution tracking, and reporting
• Troubleshoot system errors and integration issues
• Improve system architecture and recommend better automation solutions

• Google Tag Manager
• Custom APIs
• Analytics and reporting tools

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years experience in systems automation or integrations
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data structures
• Experience connecting SaaS platforms
• Comfortable writing light scripts or debugging code
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and document processes

Bonus Points:

• Experience in ecommerce environments
• HubSpot certifications
• Shopify app or theme development experience
